Homey brunch in Myxa

Welcome to Myxa!

We bumped into this place while strolling through the streets of Neukölln. Don’t be fooled by the façade. There are just a few places where I felt this at home as in Myxa: a warm, cozy interior and friendly staff.

  • Lenaustraβe 58, 12047 Berlin (Neukölln)
  • U-Bahn: Hermanplatz (U7, U8) and Schönleinstr. (U8)
  • Bus: Schönleinstr. (N8)
  • A place called Myxa
Not only the menu makes it known that this is a Greek place: the stripped plaster walls have Greek art and pictures hanging. Don’t worry if Greek food isn’t your cup of tea: they serve European dishes as well.

Together with my Fritz-Kola, I enjoyed a vegetable ratatouille with feta cheese. My love Koen had himself a slice of salmon quiche, which was really good as well.

Apparently this place is quite known for its breakfast and brunch. They also play host to exhibitions and silent movie nights, which you can find out about on their Tumblr page.

Απολαμβάνω! (Enjoy!)
